Migration to Bovespa Mais
São Paulo, June 15, 2021. HUMBERG AGRIBRASIL COMÉRCIO E EXPORTAÇÃO DE GRÃOS S.A. (“Company”), in compliance with the provisions of Official Letter 257/2021-DIE, sent by B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) on June 11, 2021, which granted, pursuant to items 4.1 and 6.1 of its Regulations for the Listing of Issuers and for the Admission of Securities for Trading, the request for the Company’s listing and admission to trading of its shares on Bovespa Mais, informs that the shares issued by the company will start to be negotiated on June 21, 2021.
