Founder of Brazil grain dealer Agribrasil sells control
The founder of grain trader Agribrasil, which posted annual sales of around $576 million through the end of the first quarter, has agreed to sell control of the company, according to a securities filing on Tuesday.
The buyer is controlled by ME Solaris Commodities Holding, owned by the Omani sovereign wealth fund, the statement said. It did not include a price tag for the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals.
